About the job
In the last years, Scope has become a well-known global brand with active sales in over 25 countries. Also in the upcoming years, Scope is expecting to continue its exponential growth, which comes from: new products, new markets, and growth within their current markets.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a high level of service by handling customer inquiries, service requests, and order-related questions. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer support via email, phone, and chat.
- Managing and coordinating service requests from both B2C and B2B customers.
- Maintaining close contact with our internal supply chain team to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Assisting customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

About you
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- A structured and organized way of working.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP and CRM software, Outlook, and Excel.
- A background in cycling (industry) and a basic technical understanding.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Dutch.
